How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome. We make it easy on you by providing a simple form to gather information about your new Tattoo, before we schedule a planning meeting. Please select the "Let's Plan Your Ink" button below to get started. Or, fill out the planning request from from your favorite Artists Gallery.

What services do you offer?

We offer Legendary Custom Tattoos.

What should I bring to my consultation?

Even if you filled out the Planning Reqeust form, bring reference images, ideas about placement and size, a valid ID, and any questions about the tattoo process. We'll discuss design options, pricing, and scheduling during your consultation.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for larger pieces or specific artist requests. Popular time slots and certain artists may require longer lead times.

Can I choose which artist does my tattoo?

Absolutely! We encourage clients to review our artists' portfolios (Gallery) and select the artist whose style best matches their vision. Each artist has unique specialties, and we'll help match you with the perfect artist for your desired tattoo style.

Do you offer custom tattoo designs?

Yes! Custom tattoo design is our specialty. Our artists work closely with each client to create unique, personalized tattoos that tell your story. We don't use flash art – every piece is custom-designed for the individual client.

How much do tattoos cost?

Tattoo pricing varies based on size, complexity, color, placement, and artist. We provide detailed pricing during your consultation after discussing your specific design requirements.Fill out any of our Artists Planning Request forms and an Artist will reach out with more details.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards for tattoo services. We'll discuss payment options and any deposit requirements during your consultation.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we typically require a deposit to secure your appointment, especially for larger pieces or custom design work. Deposit amounts and policies will be explained during your consultation.

Health & Safety

What health and safety protocols do you follow?

We follow all Arizona Department of Health Services regulations, use single-use needles, maintain sterile equipment, and provide a clean, organized environment. All artists are trained in proper safety procedures and infection control.

Do I need to be 18 to get a tattoo?

Yes, you must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo at Outlaw Ink. We require valid government-issued photo identification to verify age before any tattoo procedure.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Before your tattoo appointment, eat a good meal, stay hydrated, avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications, get plenty of rest, and wear comfortable clothing that provides easy access to the tattoo area.

Tattoo Process & Aftercare

How long does a tattoo session last?

Session length varies by tattoo size and complexity. Small pieces might take 1-2 hours, while larger pieces could require 4-6 hours or multiple sessions. We'll discuss timing during your consultation.

What aftercare instructions do you provide?

Our artists provide detailed aftercare instructions including proper cleaning techniques, recommended products, healing timeline expectations, and what to watch for during the healing process. Proper aftercare is essential for optimal healing.

How long does it take for a tattoo to heal?

Initial healing typically takes 2-3 weeks, while complete healing can take 2-3 months. Healing time varies based on tattoo size, location, individual healing factors, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

Can I swim or exercise after getting a tattoo?

Avoid swimming, hot tubs, saunas, and intense exercise for the first 2-3 weeks while your tattoo heals. These activities can introduce bacteria or cause excessive sweating that may interfere with proper healing.

Where are you located?

Outlaw Ink is located at 210 East Florence Boulevard, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122. We're easily accessible from Interstate 10.

What are your business hours?

We're open Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We offer Saturday appointments by appointment only, and we're closed on Sundays. We recommend you submit a Planning Request with one of our Artists for the quickets response.

Do you accept walk-ins?

While we welcome walk-ins when possible, we recommend filling our a Artist Planning Request form to ensure availability and proper consultation time. Our artists often have busy schedules, so filling out the form guarantees your preferred time slot.

Specialized Services

Do you do tattoo cover-ups?

Yes, our experienced artists specialize in cover-up work. We can transform old, unwanted tattoos into beautiful new designs. Cover-ups require special expertise, and our artists excel at creating designs that effectively cover previous work.

Do you offer piercing services?

Sorry, we are not currently offering piercings. We apologize for the inconvenience. We recommend Jessica at Ink Addiction. The address is 413 Florence Blvd, Casa Grande, AZ.

Can you create memorial or tribute tattoos?

Absolutely. Our artists are experienced in creating meaningful memorial and tribute tattoos that honor loved ones. We approach these special pieces with sensitivity and work closely with clients to create lasting tributes.
